Roe watched to make sure the little hen was okay, and then turned her attention to the rest of the group. The fiery, dragon-like creature seemed to be struggling, almost as if it was in pain. "Excuse me?" she asked, padding up to it."Are you okay? You look like you're in pain."
"Good, good." The creature nodded at Sikah before petting a chinchilla with a claw. Soon, he noticed many were starting to ask 'Are ye okay?' toward the firey-dragon... Nightshade? Yeah, it was Nighshade. Looking over blindly, Monte would perk an ear questioningly as he wondered what was wrong. Was she freezing up? Or simply annoyed at the snow?

Ferra looked at the other creatures, tilting her head when they all asked the same question to the dragon she was talking to earlier. Curious, the Hybrid flapped her wings and flew over to the dragon so she was directly in front of her(her right) face.
"Something bugging you?" Ferra asked, poking the dragon's muzzle with a scaled paw. She took note of the slowly-becoming-red eyes, tilting her head again. The Hybrid remained fluttering in front of the dragon, still curious as to what was happening.
Nightshade stopped for a moment with her eyes closed. Reply with a stern voice,"Leave...run...please! Before you die..." With her eyes closed still she then added,"I'll be back, watch them." Before leaving the fire shield she hand Sikah a fire tool that had spikes all around it. Whispering towards Sikah,"Break me free from being a statue of ice the day before you guys need me..." Night said very quietly to Sikah so, only she could hear before getting ready to fly outside of her fire shield that she made.
(Even if Nightshade were to be dead or frozen/unconscious. The fire shield would still stay up until she, herself takes it down. cx)
Sikah looked down at the fire tool confused. Looking back at Nightshade she used a paw to pull herself closer to the dragon like creature. "If it's that bad I know how you can stay." She mumbled before pointing as her tail which quickly made a miniature lightning cage. "How ever long this lasts I can keep you safe." she added before dropping to the ground. Sikah had used a lightning trap before, when her father couldn't get out of his fighting state and was dangerous to others.
Nightshade stopped very close to the wall of the fire shield."Will it stop pure fire essence? Normal lightning won't work on me." She said very quickly. "I can't hold on much longer so, it's either freeze me to a statue or trap me. Otherwise I will end up killing everybody or myself." She growled as her eyes were getting more red.
Monte couldn't quite interpret what Nightshade was saying... Something about killing everyone? Or turning evil? Well, he could relate. Suddenly, a stinging appeared in the brute's arm, the outside of it. Reaching a paw over, the small animals snuggled into his other arm. The area where the stinging had happened felt moderately okay. Feeling the... Sand? What? Instead of snow in that area, there was a sandy texture. Getting half a pawful, Monte sniffed before sneezing, having accidentally sniffed up some. Once his sneezing fit subsided, he put his arm back down for the lil ones.
You all know where this is going. Unknowingly, his eyes were growing red. And much faster than Night's. A certain black sandy creature was watching from quite a ways away, a small smile on his face. This time, of course wouldn't be the designated time to overtake Monte. What was the time? That's for him to know, and you to find out.
Sikah shook her head. "No its cant stop that but while you're not in control your body will stay put." she replied before feeling a shiver go up her back. the wind had changed direction and was blowing into the creature's fur so she turning her body to avoid the annoying gusts of wind. "But I uh....at time can breathe fire so i have no use for this tool." she added before nudging the tool back towards Nightshade.
Looking down Sikah smiled at the tiny bat that was clinging onto her arm wrapping her tail around her legs she gave the small bat a small shelter from the snow. Looking towards the now larger group to flicked an ear a bit concerned. "Hey guys! those of you who are okay in the cold please go to the other realms to collect creatures who are not built for cold weather. Those who can't function well in the cold please stay hear and maybe try to make a shelter inside the fire shield." she called before turning back to Nightshade.
Nightshade looked over partly confused."Well, I'm pure fire essence and even when I'm not in control. I'd...." She stopped in silence and very quietly she said,"Run....". Her eyes were wide open and were pure red flames. Then in a stern voice she said,"Well, well, well...It's been awhile since I played around in a crowd. Last time I was free in a crowd I destroyed my entire home planet. Now wasn't that fun I have to say." Night moved a bit away from Sikah with another fire shield over herself. Still looking at Sikah,"My home planet tried to catch me and a friend of mine. Trapped us both so many times but, they failed cause welp. It's gone now so no more worries for them." Nightshade flew out of her other fire shield then yelled out to Sikah,"I'll be back soon. I just want to make this more fun when I destroy you guys, I don't want to burn you guys. Now that'll be boring. Seeya!" Her wing bursted into flames as she flew off into the land of sand and ice. With her second fire shield over herself.
Roe trembled. Her claws dug into the cloudy earth. She got closer to Sikah, trying to steady her rapid, uneven breathing. "Wa-was that... did she..." was all she could muster before she collapsed in fear and exhaustion.
Dropping protectively over Roe as she looked at Nightshade with a challenging look. Once the Fire creature left Sikah looked down at Roe with a concerned look. Picking up the fox she waddled over to the fire shield and laid down beside her friend. Sikah Wrapped her tailed tightly around the smaller animal and watched the direction which Nightshade had left from. "Lets hope she doesn't attack that Ice-breather to soon." nosing open her bad Sikah pulled a blanket over Roe and opened up the rest of the bagto reveal more blankets. "Anyone who needs these go ahead and take up, they are in one size....huge so those of you who are smaller can share." she said before laying her head down on her paws.
Yasamin didn't pay attention to what was happening around her and rubbed her toes together. But what she did notice was the blankets, and how warm they looked. She ran over and dragged one to her spot and snuggled down under it. She only took up very little of it, but when a chickadee tried to hide under it as well she clucked at it so that it hopped away uneasily.

Nightshade continued to fight for her freedom but, it did nothing cause her darkness continued to slowly swallow her while her dark side took over her body. Night soon paused seeing Monte's eyes turn red as well as hers. With a some-what grim look,"You do know that your eyes are turning red similar to mine?" She said, noticing that he was also somewhat blind. Not really bothering to hurt him in any way. She was a bit more curious about Monte's eyes than trying to find what she calls a fun way of killing everybody.
With her wings flapping through the cold air of the snow. Within Nightshade, her normal side slowly giving up on trying to get her body back. While Nightshade, her eyes were now just becoming a darker red.
Ferra was still in the air, worried about the dragon. "Is- Was- Are they okay?" she asked before she shivered slightly. The Hybrid looked down and saw blankets and various critters not in blankets, as well as a chicken who refuses to share their blanket.
She fluttered down to the blankets and grabbed two, laying one out on the snow and placing the other on top of her as she lay down on the first. The various critters had wandered over to Ferra, and the Hybrid lifted her wings to lift the blanket so they can all join her in it. A lot of the critters huddled with her under the blanket, and that made her smile.
She then looked over at the chicken, "You could have shared at least some of your blanket, y'know." Ferra reached with her tail to poke the chicken in the side.
