haha ok no but seriously heres a roleplay for yall
since the greatness that was rp of the nerds i was like "sadly it died but hey a new one" so here it is
why its called trees is because im gonna be roleplaying my own fabulous tree, ellarisalona.
anYWAY LETTUCE BEGIN //shot
Ellarisalona, the tree guardian, was seated somewhere in a place the many creatures living there dubbed "Second Realm". They had their eyes closed and were unmoving. Still, their senses were as active as ever. Since they had encountered a creature that could breathe smoke, they were on the guard for more fire-breathing creatures, determined to protect the nature of the strange place they had reactivated in.
They were as still as a statue, glowing eyes shut tightly and cracks glowing only faintly, as to not use too much of the energy around them. They were just keeping watch, awaiting something to endanger the life around them...
(aaand that's that beginning post)
(feel free to join in nerds)

Fire and Ice, having made the second realm their permanent home at this point were running about in a little friendly game of tag to cure their own boredom. Ice was chasing after Fire, but since she was heavier - due to being made of /ice/ and Fire just being a living dancing flame...was more or less just running circles around Ice to taunt and annoy her as she desperately and failed to tag her other half (rip, Fire is doing a rude.)

(*huggles Ferra because 2nd Realm*)
After finally finding his way home to the 2nd Realm, which took a surprising amount of time (but not because that was the first time he ever left the 2nd Realm and he finds it very weird), Eon flopped down, his jaws parting into a yawn. Eventually talking himself into getting up and finding a proper nest, he used his over-sized wings to push himself up. He was starting to grow into these wings, but they were still a bit too big for his liking. Looking around, he found himself much more calm in familiar territory, so he took a running start and began to fly. He only stopped when he spotted an unfamiliar plant-like creature. Curious, he at first circled like a vulture, flying almost loudly to see if the creature was even awake and aware, as he wasn't sure if it was.

(huggs eon back <3)
Ellarisalona heard something above them and opened a glowing blue eye, looking above them to see there was indeed a creature circling around them. They glanced around the area, seeing two creatures in the distance but too far away to detect any threat from them. Feeling a crackling chuckle coming from their throat, Ellarisalona moved their tail playfully. Possibly to amuse the creature.
(rip im very tired for some reason but ye)

Noting that the stranger was indeed awake, and seemed friendly, Eon let out some sort of playful yip and began spinning around in the air. Spotting the moving tail, Eon eventually stopped spinning to focus on it. Though he had to hesitate, as the spinning had made him dizzy, he eventually flew right above where the creature's tail was, and attempted to catch it.

Fire and Ice fuse together once more and spots Eon flying around so she curiously moves over to say hi, only to realize he's circling around some kind of ....tree-cat? This only catches her curiosity even more as she walks over, slightly faster now "Hey Eon...who...or what...is that?" she asked slightly confused, pausing multiple times as she speaks

Ellarisalona focused on watching the new creature that had arrived while also moving their tail for the other. They didn't quite sense a threat from this new creature, but something was a little... Off. Ellarisalona kept an eye on them for now, unsure of their danger to the environment.

Frostbite rolled her eyes, Eon was too busy playing with the creature's tail she guess, and so she focused on the plant like creature instead, tilting her head slightly as she took in it's appearance "...strange..." she muttered softly to herself "....tree...yet not a tree"

Monte had been gnawing on a particularly large tree limb while spacing off silently, that is until he heard something seemingly 'fall' out of the sky, or at least the flutter of wings. It sounded like wings, that is, so he wasn't too suspicious, however he couldn't help to check out what had happened. Squinting at the tree which still kept the limb, he bit down with a delicious crunch and started to rip the branch from the tree. All the while, he flattened his ears at the sound, which wasn't exactly quiet.

After batting at the creature's tail for a while, he eventually snapped out of it, realizing that Frostbite had shown up. Laughing nervously, he casually walked away from the creature's tail as if he'd never been chasing it. "Hey!" He greeted, grinning.

yay we can make progress jk ily guys
Ellarisalona perked their ears with a creak, hearing the loud crack of a tree being harmed. Both eyes opening, both them and the markings along their body glowing furiously. Standing up with another creak, they walked past the two creatures as if they didn't exist.
Upon seeing the threat, a green creature, their eyes glowed brighter. Ellarisalona purposely allowed their body to creak, not bothering to hide because they sensed the creature was unable to see. They sat, creaking, and watched the creature.
Ellarisalona wasn't there for sightseeing, however. Two vines spread from under their leafy mane and slowly approached the creature from within the camouflage of the grass.
(and scene i lost my train of thought)
(also run monte you have angered the tree)

With a final tug, he ripped a good chunk of the tree out of its place, leaves and all. He chirruped happily, congratulating himself for the feast. That is, until he quickly perked up his ears and directed them towards a creaking sound. It sounded like wood. He knew there were sometimes trees growing extremely fast in the realms, so he simply kept it at the edge of his mind. He did hear the slight swish of grass and, feeling no terrible gust, that is what set him on edge while he nervously started grinding down the leafy greens of the tree limb.
(ha its his food and he dun wanna leave it) (i give u permission to hurt monte)

Frostbite turns and watches as the living tree just walked past them "...even weirder" she muttered as the thing went to attack the poor blind Monte "also hello Eon" she greeted, looking back to him for a moment just before splitting into her two forms
Ice instantly just laid down, being the lazy dragon she was and just watched as Fire wondered closer to the moving tree, his curiosity forcing him to check the creature out in much greater detail now that he was freed

((burps))
((cracks knuckeles)
((laughs cause sonic))
Ellarisalona's vines had been steadily approaching the mint-green creature, the guardian narrowing their angrily glowing eyes. They sensed something come closer and snapped their head towards the sound with a loud crack. Ellarisalona slightly froze, seeing the being approaching was made of fire, but relaxed nearly instantly when they sensed no danger to the plant life coming from it.
They focused on the tree-eating creature, aware their vines were in position. Slowly letting them rise, aware of the rustle of the grass, Ellarisalona parted their maw, emitting an angered, growling creak before snapping their vines forward, going for the mint-creature's neck.
If Monte lets this happen nah ofc its gonna happen Ellarisalona would easily lift the creature in the air by the neck and make their presence clear by walking forwards, allowing their body to crack numerous, loud times.
Not feeling the need to use their creature-specific voice, Ellarisalona simply stood under the creature, staring upwards at them with anger in their glowing eyes.
((aaand rip monte FIRE SAVE HIM))

Monte squinted slightly, blindly glancing around before returning to the lettu- uh, leaves of the tree. He was spooked when something cracked, but merely directed his head to the tree limb, accusing it of making the abrupt noise. He heard yet another crack and noted that it wasn't coming from the tree, and rather something behind him- Suddenly, he found himself painfully dangling in the air by the neck. The loud, creaking noises were directly behind, and under him now, but he paid no attention.
His attention was on the vines around his neck. Any thorns and other things were unable to reach his bare skin however, since his fur wasn't exactly thin. He had already tried biting through the vines, but Monte's toothies were unable to reach it. He then tried to claw his way out, but again it was in vain... And then he realized the rope-like things around his neck must be alive, and he thought he had found his way out. Raising his paw to the vines, he made his paws icy cold, and colder still until it was cold enough to give almost instant frostbite(frosty the fireman looket monte go) and gripped the vines. He kept his paw on it to hopefully give whatever it was frostbite, or make it loosen a bit. Even possibly freezing any liquids inside of whatever it was, or eventually turning the entire thing was ice.
But it needed to freeze faster. He did have larger lungs than most creatures and could hold it longer, but nothing could survive complete oxygen loss. Monte knew that, at least.
