Alrighty, I'm ready to hop aboard the preset train. Lol I've decided Eclipse's current look is okay, but there are just so many tiny details that make a big difference on her appearance. I was hoping that maybe someone could help me out with this task. She has an extremely particular appearance that revolves pretty closely around the full-body Diamondback markings. Take away those leg markings that come along with it, and you get something relatively perfect, which is very strange because FH usually never has exactly the markings I'm looking to place lol The only things that really need to be changed are some very subtle marks. For one, Eclipse has a massive black scar covering her right eye. She also has pearly white horns (WITH TEXTURE) that curve a particular way. Here's a picture that sort of covers my thoughts. With these looks as a concern, I can't say I really trust anyone to get Eclipse's preset absolutely perfect, as I am a complete perfectionist. It's already freaking me out that I have to suffice to using those ugly white bull horns as a substitute for her lovely curved horns XD So I was wondering if any of you brilliant artists have any tips for me, as I want to learn how to get a preset started for her. How would you guys advice I go around this? And! If any of you are absolutely sure that you could totally do her preset for me, be sure to let me know as well :3 Thanks guys.

Ah, it's pretty simple actually. All you need are some fur tools and textures. As for horns, you can also re-texture them with GIMP, the same program you'd use for making your preset. You are basically just drawing Eclipse's pelt on a piece of paper. It's like skinning her for a moment and placing her fur on the preset. However, you must also remember that this flat plain you will be drawing on will be used for a 3D image, but you really don't need to worry about that too much. You can do two different looks per side. You can have a scar on one side of her face and not the other. The patter can be different on the right side of her body. I'm sure you'll do a fantastic job at making your preset. Also, if you need a tutorial, try this one. I'm sure you'll do great! It's just like drawing your character's body, head, and tail separately and then smushing it all together in one file to make a preset. I can't wait to see it!
